PaceFest
Pace's charity day. I'll have a science stall, and I'm running the Superhero Mile in costume.
What it is
PaceFest is Pace's annual charity day. Pace runs education and therapy services for children aged 0–18 with neurodisabilities. I'll have a science stall from 11am to 4pm, then I'm off to do the Superhero Mile at midday.
Who it's for
Families, current students, or anyone who wants to back a good local cause and have a nice Sunday doing it.
What to expect
- A stall full of hands-on science
- Free gifts and mystery goodie bags
- The Superhero Mile at 12pm (details below)
- Money raised goes to Pace
PaceFest
Date
Sunday 7 June 2026
I'll be there
11am – 4pm
Superhero Mile
At 12pm I'll be doing the Superhero Mile, dressed as my favourite superhero. It's non-competitive and there are sensory activity stops along the route (things to see, feel and explore), so everyone can take part at their own pace.
At the stall
Swing by for some hands-on science, grab a free gift, and pick up a mystery goodie bag while they last.
Location
John Colet School (playing fields), Wharf Road, Wendover, Buckinghamshire HP22 6HF. View on Google Maps.
