A conversation with the parent or professional to understand the learner's profile, needs, and goals.
Optional Meet & Greet
An optional meeting with the young person to reduce anxiety before starting sessions.
Full Assessment
Assessment of current level, strengths and barriers to inform the learning plan.
Personalised Plan
A bespoke plan built around learning style, EHCP outcomes and curriculum requirements.
Regular Reviews
Clear targets set each half term with progress reviews. Regular communication with parents and professionals.

Referral Procedure
Referrals can be made by parents, schools, SEND teams, virtual schools, EOTAS teams and social care.
